1. Scope

Please provide accurate delivery information. If you purchase an item for someone else, provide their information only when you are entitled to do so and only to the extent needed for the transaction.

Payment providers may process card details or other financial credentials to authorise and complete the transaction. The store receives payment-related information needed to manage orders, such as payment status, transaction references, and limited payment-method details.

Do not email us a full card number, card security code, banking password, or other payment authentication credential.

Your chosen payment provider may have its own privacy terms governing information it handles directly.

Our store uses Shopify’s commerce platform. Information associated with browsing, checkout, and orders may therefore be processed through Shopify and relevant service providers.

12. Marketing Communications

If we send promotional emails or other commercial electronic messages, we will do so on an appropriate consent basis or another basis permitted by applicable law.

You can unsubscribe using the mechanism in a promotional message or by contacting info@spraygroundh.shop. Requests will be implemented without delay and no later than 10 business days, as required by Canada’s anti-spam rules. CRTC guidance.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary service communications about an existing order, refund, or security matter.

13. Retention and Security

We retain information according to its purpose and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Order records may need to be kept for accounting or legal reasons after fulfilment, while support records are kept according to the matter involved.

When information is no longer needed, it is deleted, anonymised where legally permitted, or otherwise securely disposed of.

We use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity and circumstances of the information. No system can guarantee absolute security. If a privacy incident occurs, we will assess it and take the response, recordkeeping, reporting, and notification steps required by applicable law.

14. Access, Correction, and Other Requests

You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you, ask for correction, or raise a concern about its handling.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may also have rights relating to deletion, consent withdrawal, portability, or certain uses of your information. These rights may be subject to lawful exceptions.

15. Automated Decisions

Transaction systems may use automated tools to identify possible payment or security issues.

If an automated assessment affects your order, you may contact us to ask for assistance and a review. Where a decision is based exclusively on automated processing and applicable law provides additional notice, explanation, correction, or review rights, we will honour those rights.

16. Children’s Information

Our store is intended for purchases by adults or by individuals acting with appropriate adult involvement.

We do not seek personal information from children for independent marketing purposes. If you believe a child has provided information without the required authorisation, contact us so we can assess and address the situation.
